Maintaining the core (the band of muscles hugging hips, belly and lower back) is a lifelong journey, especially because we sit for so many hours of the day. This all-levels class will make use of yoga postures to build core strength and increase the body’s ability to maintain balance. We will utilize gentle whole-body movements and breathing practices to empower you toward better alignment and a stronger back. 

You'll want a yoga block (or a thick book, or foam roller) a yoga belt (or rolled up towel, or a belt) and a blanket (or a thick towel). This class will be recorded if you miss it or wish to take it again.
