Restorative yoga teaches the nervous system to manage stress by encouraging the body to move into rest and healing mode. It is accessible to everybody, including people who are new to yoga, have limited physical abilities, or are healing from an injury. In this workshop, you will learn to use restful yoga poses to:


• Connect with the calming part of the nervous system to deeply relax the body

• Improve your capacity for healing and balancing your nervous system
