YOGA FOR LONGEVITY WORKSHOP

Sun February 28 3- 5 pm ET

As we age, the connective tissues that holds our body together, called fascia, can become sticky and dehydrated, causing stiffness and pain.


This workshop will focus on simple techniques you can use at home to rehydrate your tissues and create ease in your body. 

We will utilize your hands, small therapy (or tennis) balls, foam rollers and/or yoga blocks. Once you learn how to do it, you will be empowered to give yourself your own massage.
