YOGA TRANSITION TO EVENING
Thursdays 5:30 pm ET
In this all-levels class, we will begin with gentle movement and breathwork, then use balls or a foam roller to release tense muscles, and end with relaxing restorative yoga to leave your stress behind. This class is great for high stress days and will set you up for an evening recharge too. Props needed for this class include a tennis ball, or a foam roller, a yoga block or thick book, a blanket or thick towel, and a bolster or sofa cushion.
