Start your day with this 15-minute meditation class. We will utilize breath work and guided meditations in a safe and encouraging environment to set you off on your day with clarity and balance.

The class is free but if you wish to pay something I encourage you to donate $8 or more to Goods for Good, a DC-based community organization supporting the most vulnerable. A link to our donation page will be included in the confirmation email. There is no charge to register.
